  • Calendar: Vastly improved UI with redesigned interface. Consolidated all schedule views (Day, Week, Month) into a unified experience with better visuals and smoother navigation.
  • Calendar AI: Introduced context-aware AI assistant for calendar management. Can create, update, and delete events with natural language. Fully integrated with Todos — ask it to schedule your top 3 todos or manage your calendar with full context of your workload.
  • Notes: Complete revamp with major UI overhaul. Added note titles, sorting options, multi-select mode, and last edited timestamps. Implemented Recently Deleted section with 30-day retention. Enhanced mobile experience with intuitive navigation.
  • Todos: Enhanced with due dates, sorting options, multi-select mode, and staggered animations for a more polished interface.
  • General: Many UI/UX improvements and bug fixes. Resolved data persistence issues, autosave timing, and mobile responsiveness across all pages.

Version 4 marks the official launch of TimeCoPilot Private Beta — our largest and most transformative update to date. Previously, TimeCoPilot was an internal tool used by the two cofounders and a handful of friends and family who were manually added. But by late summer 2025, we envisioned a bigger mission: to transform TimeCoPilot into the ultimate productivity platform for everyone — an all-in-one intelligent workspace that unifies your calendar, goals, todos, and notes into one seamless, context-aware system.

Instead of juggling disconnected apps, TimeCoPilot understands the full context of your life and proactively helps you plan, prioritize, and execute what matters most. Version 4 represents a complete platform rebuild, transforming TimeCoPilot from an internal prototype into a production-ready product and laying the foundation for the powerful vertical AI agent we're building for the future.

  • Private Beta Launch: Built waitlist system with email collection, created Pricing, About Us, and Documentation pages. Redesigned signup flow for private beta access.
  • Schedule: Redesigned UI with seamless view switching between Day, Week, and Month. Added event starring to highlight important commitments. Enhanced timebar visuals and improved date navigation throughout all calendar views.
  • Goals: Completely redesigned from the ground up with unified goal management system. Introduced goal categories and multiple tracking methods. Added secondary organization features including tasks, milestones, and progress notes for each goal. Built archived goals section, search functionality, and multiple sorting options. Celebration effects on goal completion. Streamlined creation and editing experience.
  • Todos: Reorganized into Active and Completed sections for clearer task management. Replaced starred system with four-level priority labels for better prioritization. Added AI assistance for task creation and organization.
  • Notes: Introduced folder-based organization system to replace flat note structure. Enhanced rich text editor with better formatting options. Added search functionality, and note copying with formatting preservation. Added AI assistance for folder and note creation.
  • TimeCoPilot AI (Beta): Launched intelligent AI assistant currently available in Todos and Notes. Can answer general questions and help users create and organize content with natural language commands. Foundation for expanded AI capabilities across the entire platform in V5 and beyond.
  • Help Center: Expanded with comprehensive guides, detailed FAQs, and feature documentation to support new users joining the beta.
  • Landing Page: Complete redesign with modern conversion-focused layout, feature showcases, problem/solution framework, and waitlist integration.
  • Cloud: Rebuilt cloud sync system for Goals, Todos, and Notes with intelligent autosave, better sync status indicators, and automatic retry logic. Changes now persist automatically even when navigating away or closing the app, ensuring zero data loss.
  • General: Performance optimizations across all pages, enhanced accessibility with keyboard navigation and screen reader support, full mobile responsiveness, and hundreds of UI refinements to create a polished, cohesive experience.

Version 3.0.0 –

ALPHA — Internal R&D / Prototype

Version 3 built upon the stable foundation of previous releases with a strong focus on design, usability, and performance. This update introduced a complete visual refresh across core pages like Schedules and Notes, improving accessibility, customization, and reliability throughout the platform.

The result was a more polished, responsive, and seamless experience — continuing TimeCoPilot's mission to simplify productivity while feeling intuitive and personal.

  • Schedules: Redesigned My Day and My Week pages for a cleaner, more responsive experience. Added and improved autosave and loading times for smoother navigation.
  • Notes: Introduced rich-text editing with Markdown support and a much-improved layout.
  • Settings: Updated with clearer options and improved reliability.
  • Landing Page: Resolved landing page performance issues and optimized load times.
  • Cloud: Added visual sync status indicators for cloud status. Improved data sync reliability and performance.
  • Other: Improved accessibility, added more customization options, and refined overall visual design. Created contact emails for support and feedback. Made the entire platform significantly more mobile-friendly with responsive layouts across all pages.

Version 2.0.0 –

ALPHA — Internal R&D / Prototype

Version 2 focused on depth, reliability, and clarity. Building on our initial launch, we refined the TimeCoPilot Cloud backbone, expanded Goals for greater flexibility, overhauled Schedules for faster planning, and improved Notes, Todos, and the landing page experience. This release made TimeCoPilot feel more cohesive, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Our goal was simple: reduce friction, strengthen the foundation, and make TimeCoPilot feel even more like your life dashboard — a single, trusted place for planning and doing.

  • Schedules: Overhauled views; removed unnecessary features and added Day, Week, and Month views.
  • Goals: Expanded and split into General, Milestones, and Trackers.
  • Todos: Added Important to-dos, and added drag-and-drop reordering.
  • Notes: Reworked functionality to improve usability with a cleaner, more consistent look, and added drag-and-drop reordering.
  • Landing Page: Improved design, layout, and user experience.
  • Cloud: Updates to improve reliability, performance, and data safety.
  • Other: Added Changelog, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service pages. Also added dark mode.
