4. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data very seriously. We use AWS Amplify and other cloud services to store and process your data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. • Privacy First: Your content processed by AI features remains private and secure. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models.
  • Data Processing: When you use AI features, relevant content (such as your todos or calendar events) is processed to generate helpful responses. This processing is done securely and solely to provide you with the AI functionality.
  • No Unauthorized Access: Only you can access your data through the AI assistant. Your conversations and content are not accessible to other users or third parties.
  • Token Usage: We track AI token usage for billing purposes only. This usage data is associated with your account to manage your subscription limits.

  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Information Collected: We receive limited information from Stripe, including the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address for record-keeping and customer support.
  • Subscription Data: We store your subscription status, plan type, and billing cycle to manage your account and provide the appropriate service level.

For more information about how Stripe handles your payment data, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
